Spectral tomography of the Sun's surface based on the ATB-1 telescope of the Moscow State University Traffic Police
Project description
Restoration and commissioning of the Moscow State University Traffic Police Solar tower telescope and further research: obtaining spectral tomograms of the Sun's surface to study physical conditions in the near-surface layers of the Sun's atmosphere in order to study solar activity. It also includes spectroscopic studies of the atmosphere over Moscow to accurately determine the level of pollution.
Target outcome
To realize the possibility of regular study of active formations on the Sun and the state of the Earth's atmosphere by spectrometric methods on the solar tower telescope of the Moscow State University Traffic Police.
Stage
Preparation of grant documentation. Writing the project's technical specifications. Formation of a research team.
